Tim arrived and provided a lot of knowledge and a quote on the spot. During installation, Zack and Hunter were very professional and hard workers. "The staff was knowledgeable and there was no wait for service. I went there for an odd size overhead door spring and they had it in stock. The spring was reasonable and the correct one when I got it home. I would recommend this business for parts and service for your overhead door problems . I liked it there. "

“Called at 8am and a service tech was at my home by 10am to repair a broken spring and service my overhead garage door. Tech was very courteous and knew what he was doing. Reasonably priced and the work was done in 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.”

“From start to finish, the service was impeccable and professional. I highly recommend Murphy Overhead Doors to anyone who is seeking a garage door replacement. Cindy answered all our questions so well that we signed right at the initial consultation. We had our replacement scheduled within 2 weeks. Bob and Hunter showed up exactly when expected and removed the old doors (original to the house build) and had our new doors functioning 6 hours later! We could not ask for a better experience!”

"Murphy Overhead Doors is amazing. I highly recommend this company for any garage door related work in Albany Capital District. Our garage door opener didn't work and the garage door didn't rise. I called Murphy's after a careful online search and comparison for garage door services. The office lady was very nice and helpful, and immediately made an appointment for me. Hunter quickly figured out the issue with our garage door. Hunter is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained everything very clearly, and kindly and patiently addressed all of my concerns. Hunter was extremely skilled and the work was perfectly done. I'm so happy with Hunter's job!"

"Needed to have 2 major springs replaced. Called at 12:30 and they were able to fit us in that afternoon. The service tech did a great job. Prompt, polite and efficient. When I came back, all new doors installed, but I found issues. Called them the next morning, they came promptly and fix it although it was nothing to do with their earlier works.
